ELCA’s new gay pride video, but do they support Christians who abstain from homosexual behavior?

Below is a video from the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America's head bishop, Elizabeth Eaton, in which she promotes gay pride. She celebrates and supports her “LGBTQAI+ siblings” (can’t say “brothers and sisters”, too binary). She especially is troubled about bills “targeting transgender youth.” I sure hope this doesn’t mean the bishop supports allowing sex change operations for children.

But does the bishop support people like me, who believe the Bible’s teaching that homosexual behavior is sinful? Eaton has never produced a video supporting the traditional, biblical viewpoint. I personally have struggled with same sex attraction most of my life, but for the sake of my eternal soul, I abstain from this behavior (I Corinthians 6:9-11). Countless Christians with same sex attraction for 2000 years have abstained from this behavior. Why are such people not so much as mentioned in the bishop’s video?

As Pastor Brock correctly notes, temptation is not sin; willfully yielding to temptation, as ELCA clerics incessantly endorse and not infrequently do, is sin.

Charles Spurgeon and Martin Luther warn the impenitent ELCA that they're playing with eternal fire.

“Let this be a gauge to you. That kind of preaching which allows you to indulge in sin—that sort of teaching which lowers the standard of God’s Word for you, and makes you think more of your own judgment than of the 'Enter ye in at. the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat.””

”The more hatred of sin the better. A sin-hating soul is a God-loving soul. If sin never distresses you, then God has never favored you.”

My brain finds it nearly impossible to comprehend the limits,
(or lack thereof) of the debauchery, and love of it, that this elca finds itself promoting. I can't believe people stay there.

I find this video disturbing. How can Bishop Eaton promote gay pride? Pride is a sin that praises one self instead of God. Lets remember that God hates sin but loves the sinner.
