ELCA Lutheran Pastor, Who Has Volunteered for Planned Parenthood, Defends Abortion Rights

The below is written by a pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America as her "personal response to countless anti-choice laws at the state level". How can pastors who believe in the Bible, Psalm 119 and 'Thou shalt not kill' support abortion? They can't. But below you will see a pastor try to defend abortion with statements like:

"I have reason to believe the Kingdom of God
is like a woman who knows herself,
who believes she is worth more
than what the Empires of this world decide about her body".

Sadly, the below article, radical as it is, is not radical in the ELCA. The ELCA pays for abortion for any reason in the denomination's healthcare plan, which is funded by offering dollars. And recently ELCA head bishop Elizabeth Eaton, also in response to states' attempts to restrict abortion, issued a letter reminding people that the ELCA believes in abortion access.

How the Lord of Life must grieve that the ELCA, the United Church of Christ, the Episcopal Church in America and the Presbyterian Church USA all support laws that enable 3000 babies to be killed in America daily.

The spirit that animates manifold ELCA preachings, policies, and practices:
“Jezebel represents the spirit of baby killing — in past generations, inspiring parents to burn their babies on idol altars and today, inspiring them to snuff out their little ones in the womb. She represents the spirit of radical feminism: hating men, mocking motherhood, and despising the traditional family structure. And Jezebel represents the spirit of seduction, drawing youngsters into sexual activity and selling them into slavery. Of all the ELCA’s godless outrages, the most reprehensible is this: its denomination-wide war on children. Whether the wolves are brazen, profane libertines or pompous, unctuous snake oil peddlers, the predators in the ELCA advocate for and abet the murder of God’s preborn creations, and they work remorselessly to debauch His already-born little ones. “There is no fear of God before their eyes” . . . but one day, in this life or in eternity, there will be. “Do you presume on the riches of His kindness and forbearance and patience, not knowing God’s kindness is meant to lead you to repentance?”

Mercifully, confessional Christians and Christian churches are standing in the gap for the lambs whom the ELCA and the world actively seek to destroy.

This initiative . . . seeks to strengthen individual congregations in their ability to serve their neighbors through their own congregational mercy projects or as they work with other agencies, including LCMS Recognized Service Organizations, pregnancy and family resource organizations, and Christian adoption agencies.”

Ukraine is struggling to fight off superior Russian forces while our military leadership is taking 'transgender training.' You don't think Putin and Xi are seeing this rot and decline in this country? Look at the complete debacle in Afghanistan, you think the world has not seen this laughingstock of a "leader" in our country?? What denomination is actively aiding and abetting this rot? Hmmm? Tough times ahead. Pray.
