Exposing the ELCA has been warning people over the years of the dangers, unchristian ways and theological problems with colleges of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America. Because this is such a huge issue, I have created a new section of the website devoted to the universities and colleges of the ELCA. This coincides with the series of investigative reports I am doing on each of the 26 colleges of the ELCA.
Please take a look at this major addition to Exposing the ELCA. (see the new section here. It can also be found by going to the "More" tab above and then clicking on "ELCA Colleges") I pray students who are considering attending an ELCA educational institution, or parents who are considering sending their child to an ELCA college, will read this and even do additional research into the college and make a God-honoring decision. I believe you will find that it is not Christian at all. By all means, you can also help others in this process, based on your experience, by sending me your observations and information you have gathered. Martin Luther said "I would advise no one to send his child where the Holy Scriptures are not supreme. Every institution that does not unceasingly pursue the study of God’s word becomes corrupt ... I greatly fear that the universities, unless they teach the Holy Scriptures diligently and impress them on the young students, are wide gates to hell." This is an example of the work Exposing the ELCA is doing. It is important, time-consuming work. Please consider helping support this ministry. (see here)

I went to the ELCA colleges site to read about Capital U and nothing came up. Does this mean there are no concerns. I know that the seminary there has formed some kind of connection with Cap again and have been very sad about recent reports on some graduates from there? Would be happy to hear that Cap is an acceptable school for our young people.

Thanks for the question, Joan. I'm sorry for that. The reason there is nothing about Capital University is because I haven't had time to investigate it yet. I plan on doing an investigation on all 26 ELCA colleges, maybe one every month. I would not say Capital U. is a good school for young people. I took a little while to check out the school after I read your comment and this is what I came up with in a limited search (I'm sure there is much more to be found) -
