Randy Young is a pastor in the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America (ELCA). In the posts below Rev. Randy Young calls God "She," shares a disturbing quote of John Shelby Spong, declares his support for open borders, posts a cartoon of Jesus attending a Gay Pride parade, addresses abortion, writes of his belief on why Jesus died on a cross, and gives some of his political thoughts.
This is what leadership in the ELCA looks like. ELCA Rev. Young writes, "Jesus died on a cross to show us what love looks like in action. Sin is any action which separates us from God. The actions that separate us from God are unloving actions. Jesus came to teach us that the Law was designed to help us avoid those kinds of unloving actions." He then shares an article titled "God Did Not Kill Jesus on the Cross for Our Sins."

Question: Why is it that so many ELCA pastors and bishops constantly resort to citing only politicians, philosophers, pundits, heretics, snarky cartoons and smug memes to peddle their beliefs and practices that are -- not coincidentally -- endorsed by ELCA denominational leaders and the Christ-rejecting world?

It can’t be. Blasphemous statements from and ELCA pastor? I know people who are still in the ELCA. They do not know about this site. Therefore they know nothing about what is happening. I have tried to get the message out.

These “pastors” love to talk about love but never God’s justice. Oh they might babble on about so-called “social justice” but the Bible doesn’t stutter on divine justice. It is flowing off of nearly every page of the Bible. And a just God has every right to condemn an unrepentant sinner. You cant claim to have faith in God if you have no faith in the scriptures HE provided us. Yes, God is a HE, because HE said so in HIS gospels.
