Drag queens at ELCA’s Youth Gathering gave teens “sparkle blessings”

I just came across the below picture from this summer’s Youth Gathering of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, attended by less than 16,000 teens. The attendance six years ago was 31,000 at which they put an 11-year-old boy who thinks he is a girl on stage to promote transgenderism. The ELCA healthcare plan, funded by offering dollars, pays for this child’s hormone blockers to prevent him from developing his God-given sexuality.

Regarding this summer’s gathering, we read this from the ELCA blog:

“At the Naming Project booth, participants relaxed in the colorful Garden of Eden, receiving sparkle blessings from local Drag Queens. Deacon Ross Murray’s message was clear: everyone is known and loved by God and the church just as they are”. (See here)

If you are an ELCA Lutheran, I believe it is time to take your money, time and talents—and teenagers—and run from this denomination.

So of course a real-women-demeaning ELCA loves it. Note that you don't see drag queens "performing" and reading to the residents of senior citizen residences. The primary targets of these debauchees are invariably children.

ELCA member, if your offering dollars are propping up the ELCA's myriad offenses against a holy God's preborn creations and young innocents, you'd better soberly consider His Word's many warnings about participating in and enabling sin:

-- "Don’t excuse yourself by saying, 'Look, we didn’t know.' For God understands all hearts, and he sees you. He who guards your soul knows you knew. He will repay all people as their actions deserve." [Proverbs 24:12]

-- “Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me [Jesus] to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea." [Matthew 18:6]

"I do not believe it is as difficult to decide when to leave corrupted religious bodies as those who stay in them often make it appear. Typically, part of the official confession or constitution — to which all members by simple virtue of their membership automatically become party — is altered to oppose the faith at a single meeting or convention or ballot or publication. The point at which that is done — at which a person can no longer as a Christian subscribe to the entirety of the group’s stated beliefs or practice — is the point at which leave must be taken. What an incredibly great statement/observation that drag queens are not in retirement places--just where children are for the most part. I never realized that....
It is hard for me to not express in words about these deceived/deceiving people-----I rest in the knowledge that God is not pleased and will have His way with justice.
